DNDBadges Jailbreak
Share:

Do Not Disturb is one of the most useful features on iPads and iPhones and we have grown quite fond of them over the last few years. And while it isn’t used as much these days as it was used in the earlier days, it is still quite important for all of us.

However, there is just one problem with the Do Not Disturb feature which is that it is really easy to forget that you had turned on this feature and might end up missing a few notifications because you left the device on silent accidentally.

This is why we are quite excited to learn about a new jailbreak tweak that is completely free by iOS developer Ichitaso. DNDBadges is a jailbreak tweak that helps you avoid the above-mentioned situations so that you don’t miss important notifications. So, how does this jailbreak tweak even work?

Well, as the name of the jailbreak tweak implies, basically DNDBadges turns the notification badges purple for your Home Screen apps when the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on for your iPhone or iPad. And this is quite effective because when you turn the Do Not Disturb mode and forget about it, then you can simply take a glance at the purple notification badges on the Home Screen which will give you a hint on whether this mode is currently turned on or not.

And when you turn off the Do Not Disturb mode, the notification badges basically turn to the original red color without any exception. One important thing to note about DNDBadges is that it doesn’t come with any configuration options so, what you see with this jailbreak tweak is basically what you get. This is a very simple jailbreak tweak so there is no particular need for configuration options but there are a few users who might want to select their preferred badge color instead of the default purple color. However, this option is not available at this time.

If you are interested in trying out DNDBadges, then you can simply download this tweak for free from ichitaso’s repository via favorite package manager. This tweak offers support to jailbroken iOS 13 and 14 devices. In case you aren’t already using ichitaso’s repository, then you can add it to your favorite package manager using this URL:
