The News
Two smart water bottles by HidrateSpark are now available through Apple's retail and online stores, which allow users to track their intake of water and sync it with Apple Health.
The price of $80 HidrateSpark PRO Steel, available in black or silver, is a compact and vacuum-insulated 32-ounce water bottle that comes with straw lids and chug lids, as well as an LED puck in the bottom that lights up in custom patterns and colors so that you are reminded to drink plenty of water throughout the entire day.
The puck also monitors the amount of water consumed, sending the information via Bluetooth to your phone and forwarding the information, on the other hand, to Apple Health.
The vacuum-insulated bottle keeps liquids cool for 24 hours, and the lid and bottle are safe for dishwashers and BPA-free. The LED puck that recharges can be cleaned using a clean cloth.
If you want a lighter and less expensive alternative, the 24-ounce HidrateSpark Pro Smart Bottle, priced at $65, is available in black or green and is constructed of shatter-proof and odor-proof Tritan plastic, not vacuum-insulated steel. It comes with similar LED sensors that are found on the more expensive model and includes chug and straw lids. It is also BPA-free.
Two new models will join two different HidrateSpark models already available from Apple and include the 21-ounce HidrateSpark Steel, valued at $70, and the 20-ounce Hidrate Spark 3, priced at $60.
HidrateSpark Steel
The HidrateSpark STEEL is a stainless-steel, vacuum-insulated chug that can keep drinks cool all day long.
The smart LED "puck" glows to remind you that it's time to drink and also tracks the amount of water you drink by synching via Bluetooth to the HidrateSpark app. It's a HidrateSpark steel bundle that comes with a straw and a chug lid.
How does HidrateSpark Steel function?
Every week, HidrateSpark STEEL analyzes your daily activity and adjusts your hydration goals depending on your body type and your activity level.
The sensor puck measures the number of millimeters or ounces you consume and then tracks it in the app that is available on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Apple Health Integration
The no-cost HidrateSpark App seamlessly syncs with the HidrateSpark Steel. When you sign up for your account with the application, it will connect to Apple Health for your personal information as well as your step count, which allows it to adjust your daily hydration target.
The app can also send every sip it tracks back into Apple Health, allowing you to access all your data in one location.
It also allows you to monitor your consumption through the Apple Watch and quickly add the amount of water you drink from other sources to the HidrateSpark steel.

HidrateSpark PRO is constructed from lightweight, shatterproof, and non-odor-resistant Tritan plastic. A smart LED "puck" glows to remind us that it's time to drink.

This HidrateSpark PRO bundle includes both the straw and a chug lid.
