Our take on this
We know Apple is not perfect. They have been a little sloppy with their tech since day one. And it's not entirely their fault. Tech is a diverse aspect and it has millions and billions of small components and getting all those components right every time is not easy.
But, does this mean we should not complain about bugs or faulty devices? No, of course, you should. It's your device, you have spent money on it, you have the right to complain if the device malfunctions within the warranty period. So, yes keep the scrutiny on and inform the masses about existing problems because it's the power of the masses that makes impossible possible.
From Apple's side, it's great they have owned up to their faults and want to rectify them at no charge. So, if you are facing any similar problems with your device. Don’t waste any more time and apply for a free Servicing/ Replacement.
