About SoundWire Server:
With SoundWire Server you can easily turn all your Android devices to wireless headphones or wireless speakers. Stream your favourite music and audio from your Windows PC to your Android phone, tablet and other PCs. SoundWire for Windows does audio mirroring or audio cast. You can use any of your music players on your Windows PC and laptops such as Spotify, YouTube and even iTunes and stream low-latency and live sound over Wi-Fi directly on to your Android devices. It also works on 3G/4G cell networks and WAN.
First, install the app SoundWire Android from the Google Play Store. Then install SoundWire Server on your Windows or your Linux computer which is the source of your music, web audio streaming, and other sounds. Click on an appropriate version below for downloading. After downloading, simply run the installer. Then, you must answer yes to the Windows Firewall prompt and select both private as well as public networks. For your Linux system versions, right-click on the file image and choose the "Save Link As", then unrar it and see README.txt file for instructions. You may also want to use the Android remote control app altogether with Sound Wire for controlling music playback from your Android. Some of the good choices include: Android VNC, Remote for iTunes, Unified Remote. You can even use Sound Wire for transmitting sound from any Windows PC to other PC running Windows.

Download & Install SoundWire Server:
Download->
At the top of the page, there will be a button that says "Download". Click on it.
Now, wait for your download to automatically begin.
Installation->
Once it is complete, go to the Downloads folder on the PC.
Run the setup file to start the installation process.
Go through the installation settings and change them to suit your needs, click on Install.
Once the installation is done, launch the application and start using it.
