This means there should be no nearly perceivable difference in terms of the input latency from real hardware, original hardware or FPGA/clone. On top of that, there are various settings that you can configure to optimize the results and even more.
This advanced settings user interface allows you tweak every possible option about how the games are running and displayed. Each set has a logical default so you can start up and run in no time. Download & Install RetroArch:

Start the download by clicking on the Download button.
You will be taken to the download page where your download would automatically begin.
Installation->
Once the download is complete, go to the folder where the files has been saved.
Now, run the setup file to start the installation process.
Complete the installation process by following the steps as shown on your desktop.
Once the installation is complete, launch the application.
