About Microsoft ActiveSync:

The application is a perfect gateway between your Windows system and all your Windows-based mobile devices, allowing the transfer of Outlook information, pictures, music, videos, Office documents and applications to and from your devices. Apart from synchronizing with a Windows system, the application is capable of synchronizing directly with Microsoft's Exchange Server 2003 so that you will be able to keep all your e-mails, calendar data, tasks and other data updated wirelessly while you are away from you PC. The application allows PC sync via USB cable, Bluetooth or infrared cable.
The application allows a high-speed data transfer and photo sync via Outlook which is available for Windows Mobile 5.0 powered devices. Customers using Microsoft Exchange 2003 with devices running the Messaging & Security Feature Pack Windows Mobile 5.0 will benefit from following feature enhancements which are included in the program: Direct Push Technology, certificate powered authentication to Microsoft Exchange and local device wipe. Connectivity and synchronization might require separately purchased equipment or wireless products like Wi-Fi card, network software, server hardware or redirector software. Download & Install Microsoft ActiveSync:

On your right-hand side, you will find a button saying "Free Download". Click on it.
On the next page, you will be interrupted to start the download, click on "Start Download".
Your download would automatically begin.
Installation->
After your download is complete, head towards the downloads folder on your PC.
Run the setup file, if prompted by User Account Control, click on yes.
Go through the installation and changes settings as per your preferences and click on Install.
Once the installation is complete, search for the application in your Windows search and run the application.
