Kodu Game Lab is a free application to develop games for PC and Xbox. App is dedicated to the youngest computer users. With help of this application kids can learn creative thinking, solving problem and basic programming.

Creating new 3D games can be done entirely with a few mouse clicks, without entering a single line of code. The manufacturer has prepared a special tutorial in the form of a game that teaches children how to navigate through the program, use the tools to finally be able to build their own racing game or adventure. The possibilities are endless and it only inhibits the child's imagination.

Kodu Game Lab allows you to quickly and easily add to the world a number of objects. Online you will find elements such as clouds, grass, trees, fruits, ground, stones, characters, bullets, etc. Most of the available objects also offers a built-in set of predefined sounds, which of course you can replace on your own.

Kodu also allows you to create paths, after which they will move selected objects for example the background elements or enemies of our main character.

Also, you can manipulate game elements such as base, add the river and determine its level, to create mountains and roads, set camera parameters, loudness or atmospheric phenomena such as wind or waves. Tutorials available in the app offers suggestions how to solve the problem and allow their children to many hours of fun.
