Download & Install Google Toolbar:
Download->
Click on the button saying "Download". You will be taken to another page where you can begin the Download.
Your download will start automatically.
Installation->
Once it is complete, go to the Downloads folder.
Next, run the setup file and start installing the application on your PC.
Once the installation is complete, go to the application and run it.
