Counter Strike: Condition Zero is a video game which is of a first-person shooter mode. The game was jointly developed by Ritual Entertainment, Turtle Rock Studios, and Valve, and was published by Sierra Entertainment and Valve. The game is a follow-up to Counter-Strike which came out in 1999 and was released in March 2004 for Windows. The game makes use of the GoldSrc engine which also contains many multiplayer modes in the game, and also features updated character models, textures, maps and other graphical tweaks. The game also includes two single-player campaigns which are Tour of Duty and Condition Zero: Deleted Scenes.
Features of COUNTER STRIKE: CONDITION ZERO
Tour of Duty: This feature is the game’s single-player mode which is also the primary single-player mode in the game. This mode allows players to play regular multiplayer maps in an arcade-like single-player experience. The primary setting in this mode is very similar to a regular multiplayer game as the game utilizes the new bot AI to enable the possibility of having team mates and enemies in the game. Each map in the mode has a certain number of objectives which also include killing a certain number of enemies or rescuing some of the hostages held captive. Furthermore, restrictions such as achieving the goals with a specific weapon or within a certain time frame accompany the goals.
Deleted Scenes: The other part of the game is included as a separate bonus game for the player which consists of significant parts of the work that was done by Ritual Entertainment for their iteration of the game. This mode in the game also contains significant differences comparatively in terms of game mechanics and weapon balance in this game mode compared to a Counter-Strike multiplayer game or the Tour of Duty mode.
Hostage Rescue: This mode contains the same basics of the scenario remaining the same with Counter-Terrorists where players are supposed to be attempting to rescue all the hostages where the players can work in four in all-new game maps that are added by bringing them to the hostage rescue zone and Terrorists attempting to foil their plans.
Bomb Defusal: This mode in the game functions exactly like as it does in the original Counter-Strike game where one player on the Terrorist group starts off with a bomb which has to be planted at one of two bomb sites that are spread throughout the map. Once the terrorist team has planted the bomb will detonate after a specific amount of time, and successful detonation will lead to victory for the Terrorist group. The Counter-Terrorists players can also attempt to defuse the bomb and successful defusal yields victory to the Counter-Terrorists.

Go to COUNTER STRIKE: CONDITION ZERO’s website, and go to Downloads.
