About Combined Community:
The Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) 64-bit is a project which is aimed to be used as a simple playback software for Windows which would support almost all video formats. The CCCP 64-bit is a filter pack which was specifically built for playing anime at first.
The Combined Community Codec Pack was primarily built in order to replace the video playback packs that are provided by different anime fan groups in one single and reliable pack which is capable of decoding practically any group of files without any errors for incompatibility for all other formats. Since its beginning, it has now grown into a pack which can solve almost everything that you come through while surfing the internet. The application is built to support the modern OS such as Windows 10/8.1 and 8. However, it supports the older versions of Windows, but for a better experience, it is recommended to upgrade your system to modern Windows OS. The application is available only for systems having 64-bit architecture.
It is recommended that you use the CCCP in conjunction with CCCP Insurgent which is a separate piece of freeware that identifies codecs currently installed on your computer so that you can disable them according to the instructional wiki on Project's Web site. The CCCP is focused on decoding the video files, not encoding them. So, there are issues with some video production and editing software; for instance, it doesn't play well with some Nero components, and it asks to disable them when you install the pack. However, it's worth the work to see the unusual anime shorts and demos these fan groups produce. The download also includes the excellent 321 Media Player Classic, which works when Windows Media Player won't.

Download & Install Combined Community Codec Pack:

You will find a button saying "Download". Click on it.
On the next page, you will be interrupted to start the download, click on "Start Download".
Your download would automatically begin.
Installation->
After your download is complete, head towards the downloads folder on your PC.
Run the setup file, if prompted by User Account Control, click on yes.
Go through the installation and changes settings as per your preferences and click on Install.
Once the installation is complete, search for the application in your Windows search and run the application.
