Adobe Flash Player Debugger for the Internet Explorer provides you access to debug players as well as content debuggers and even Standalone Players for the Flex and Flash Developers. Updated debugger and standalone version of Flash Player. These versions also contain fixes for critical vulnerabilities which are identified in Security Bulletin APB 16-25. The latest versions are 22.0.0.208 (Mac & Win NPAPI & the PPAPI); 22.0.0.210 (the Win ActiveX) and 11.202.632 (Linux). All users are even encouraged to update to the latest versions. Uninstalling Windows 8.1/8.1 ActiveX debugger: please don’t forget note the KB number in this installer filename after downloading your installer file. To uninstall the debugger, simply go to Control Panel > Programs -> Programs and Features -> Installed Updates. Look for an entry with the KB number that is the same as in the installer file and uninstall that particular update.
What is the extended support release?
Adobe makes available the version of Flash Player called as "Extended Support Release" (ESR) to all the organizations that prefer Flash Player stability over the new functionality. "We have created a new branch of the Flash Player code which we keep up to date with all the latest security updates, but, none of the new features and bug fixes available in our present release branch". This enables the organizations to certify and stay secure with Flash Player with minimal effort.

On your right-hand side, you will find a button saying "Download". Click on it.
Your download would automatically begin.
Installation->
After your download is complete, head towards the downloads folder on your PC.
Run the setup file.
Go through the installation and changes settings as per your preferences and click on Install.
Once the installation is complete, search for the application in your Windows search and run the application.
