Powder Player is a combination of a torrent download app and a video player. You can use also the app to download any torrent files as well. There is an option to control the download speed, check the history of viewed files, associate the player with magnet links, torrent files, and media files. Powder Player offers a Scan Library and Scan Server functions. Using them the app will scan your library for movies and try to predict and add the missing items from your playlist based on what others have watched.

Powder Player can open and download torrent files, torrent links, magnet links, YouTube movie links, and YouTube playlists. The application is working really fast, you can also stream movies to any Chromecast, Airplay, Browsers (Phones, Tablets, other PCs), DLNA (1000s of TVs, Game Stations, some Phones, etc.) compatible devices in home, automatically download right subtitles for movies or choose external subtitle file from the hard drive.

The video window can be displayed on top of the screen in the picture in picture mode. This option allows you to watch your favorite movies and still work with other apps on the desktop. Downloaded files can be paused, removed, you can check the content of downloaded file etc.
