About ARChon:
ARChon, also known as ARChon runtime for chrome, is one of the best versatile custom extension for the Chrome browser which is capable of smoothly running android applications on Windows PC and a vast number of other supported devices. It was initially developed by Vlad Filippov as a fork of Google's official 'App runtime' package. This application gained reputation very quickly, and under its constant updation, it now can run any android app as a ChromeOS app. Since ARChon is based upon the "App Runtime for Chrome" platform, it takes full advantage of getting its code processed in the Chrome browser. This feature is a part of the so-called Native Client, which is a successful Google project which allows the Chrome browser to run the native code safely.
Until now, getting an android emulator set up on your browser was not easy since Google has focused effort on enabling App emulation on its ChromeOS platform, thus marking the desktop version of Chrome browser as incompatible with ARC Chrome. Developer Vlad Filippov fixed the issue by creating his modification of this package.
ARChon and it's Android emulation can become part of your Windows system daily workflow with just several simple steps. The emulator extension should be loaded manually as "unpacked extension", and then the app can load Android apps using the same method, although there is only one roadblock. This extension only loads Chrome OS apps, which means that the users are forced to first convert the Android APK files to ChromeOS format by using a small "chromeos-apk" app which is built on top of the node.js platform.

On one side, you will find a button saying "Free Download". Click on it.
On the next page, you will be interrupted to start the download, click on "Start Download".
Your download would automatically begin.
Installation->
After your download is complete, head towards the downloads folder on your PC.
Run the setup file, if prompted by User Account Control, click on yes.
Go through the installation and change settings as per your preferences and click on Install.
Once the installation is complete, search for the application in your Windows search and run the application.
